Mrs. Lo’s position as the Curriculum Coordinator involves mentoring and supporting the teaching staff. She aids in aligning our Learning Without Tears curriculum with the overall preschool developmentally-appropriate goals while helping to foster a positive learning environment for students.
Stephanie WAtts
behavior support specialist
Stephanie Watts is a native of Iredell County and a former graduate of 1st Presbyterian Preschool. She has her BS in Early Childhood, Special Education K-12: General and Adaptive Curriculum, and Elementary Education from Lenoir Rhyne University and East Carolina University, along with her MS in Human Service from Lenoir Rhyne University. She is licensed to teach Early Childhood through High School and has taught across many different settings and age groups. She also has professional experience in public health and home health. Stephanie has both personal and professional advocating experience when it comes to special education and healthcare needs. In this new position, Stephanie will work with children, families, and teachers through push-in support services, facilitate small play groups, as well as provide coordination between the preschool, local support services and therapy programs.
